If you are not present at the specified address, we will deliver the order to any person present at this address and sign it on the invoice electronically or on the invoice copy. Before you and we were unable to deliver the order, please contact customer service to schedule another date to deliver the order. The company is not responsible for any order that has not been delivered within 30 days from the date of the order.
